Multiple modular buildings can be easily created by stacking and interlinking units together. Alternatively, units can be placed side by side and easily linked via corridors. - Assembly varies depending on the size of the Shelter, whether you have a foundation and number of extensions. The basic unit takes two people 7-8 hours depending on configuration

- Yes, you can build the Flat Pack on an existing concrete pad provided its level.
- Can I paint the shelter
- Yes the Flat Pack can easily be painted in the future
- Can I tear down and build again
- You can tear down the Flat and build again which is one of its unique advantages
- Are the wall insulated
- The wall are insulated with polyurethane composite panels
- All Flat Pack units are made with Fire Rated Panels
- Vinyl is a durable material that will not rust, rot or dent and never needs painting. It lasts for years. Metal rusts and dents while wood needs repainting and will eventually rot. Vinyl requires no maintenance other an occasional wipe down.
- How thick are the wall
- The wall come in various thicknesses based on your requirement and range from 40mm unto 100mm
- How many stories high can you go
- You can go uptown 4 stories high by stacking on each other
